nutri007 is an approach to be able to make sense of different aspects of diet & lifestyle, with a proper understanding of the science, that helps us make healthy choices and sustain them


I am sure we all ask ourselves from time to time... maybe as we approach the end of an year or as we approach our birthdays or when we face a major health issue in our lives... we are confronted with this question - "Am I doing my best of what is required of me to help maintain this body, to perform at its best what it is meant to" or if we haven't done so yet "Maybe it is time we give this a thought!"


We may have the best of the brains or the best of intentions at heart for ourselves and for the people we care about. Whatever passion we hold, profession we undertake and pursuits we chase - it is very important to be physically fit to achieve greatness and sustain it
